2022: The Year of Change

This year has become a year of change for me. In a lot of different ways. I’ve dropped 40 pounds. I’ve had to figure out how to function without working out due to a fractured wrist. I started a new job after being laid off from a previous employer (of 18 years). I started a gig broadcasting on ESPN+. I could go on and on about how this year has been a series of events that are all about change.

This is an audio book that I started earlier this week. I like to listen to Audio Books when I’m out walking or if I have a long drive. So far, this one is really good. Although, if I’m being honest, there isn’t a Jack Reacher Book I haven’t like.

To break or not to break!

Well I’m back in a brace or a soft cast if you will. After seven weeks of my wrist still hurting, I found out that it’s fractured. Had the bike wreck at the end of July and had two different x-rays. Both of which I was told showed no break or fracture. So, I decided to go and have it looked at by an orthopedic doctor. At first they gave me the same negative results.
