Albums is such an underrated app. There’s something really cool about just listening to an album the way the artist intended. When I use the native music app on the iPhone/iPad, I tend to do some in shuffle mode. So this is a nice break.

Got on the scale this morning. Down 40 pounds since May 20th.
How you ask?….Easy. I stopped eating vegetables, processed foods, and most carbs.
My diet? Meat, fish, eggs, some dairy, fruit and raw honey. The center of it all though is meat.
