We made it to week 7 of The Essential Sports Podcast. This was a fun episode. Steven and I talk about some local schools who have honored athletes and seniors over the past couple of days. The athletic director from Chisum and Prairiland joined us to talk about recognizing the seniors.

We also give our ideas for some rule changes we would like to see in the future. Will we change the NFL landscape? We sure hope so.

Steven has some hot takes on the Cowboys and why they should pay their quarterback what he’s asking. Do I agree? Disagree? Or was I thinking about the Buffalo Bills the entire time he was talking?

Also, we rank our top five Texas Rangers pitchers of all time (hint: Nolan Ryan did not make one of our lists).
