Every morning (well weekdays) I get up at 3:30am and am at the gym by 4am. I usually lift weights. In the evening time I’ll do some cardio type exercises with the wife. Well last night, we went for a 4 mile walk. Somewhere in that walk, one of us had the great idea to start running (I’ll let you guess who’s idea it was but it wasn’t mine). We only ran about a mile to a mile and a half but I can promise my lungs felt like they were about to explode.

Needless to say, I won’t be doing that for a while again….well until tonight when she’s already told me she wants to go back out to the track again.
