I got home this afternoon from work and found a box on my front porch. It was from 1st Phorm. I opened it up and found a note that says “Praying for your speedy recovery Greg!!”

Inside the box was a card that explained what was going on. They had heard about my bike wreck and wanted to send me something to help out with some of the nutrition stuff. They sent protein powders as well as some other vitamins. They also included a Gratitude Journal and another book called “The Lombardi Rules”.

I don’t know these people on a personal level. I buy vitamins and other supplements from them. They didn’t have to do any of this. They went out of there way to show kindness.

This is something I say all the time. The world needs to see more kindness.
