It’s amazing how a few simple steps can help change your life.
I’ve mentioned the Power List before and I’ve been utilizing it for several weeks now. I’m not using the planner pictured above. I’m using Field Notes.
Finishing these five critical tasks every day helps push the needle forward. In my personal life, my day job and my side hustle. And that’s what its about right? Forward momentum.
I’ve also changed my diet. Since May 20, I’ve lost 37 pounds. At this point, I don’t even consider it a diet. It’s become a way of life.
In order to win in life, you need to create habits that will help you get to that point. That’s what I’m doing. Creating habits that will help me win. I’m about to be 45 and there’s so much more I want to accomplish in this life. And the way I do that is by winning every single day!
