I went back and listened to Andy Frisella’s podcast today where he talks about the Power List. It’s one of my favorite podcast episodes. I’ve got some things that I need to get done and its time to start taking advantage of this simple tool. Time to refocus and make some changes
Ever since I had Covid, my taste and smell have been jacked up. There are certain foods I cannot eat any more because they have a terrible taste. I have the same issue with smell. There are certain things that smell exactly the same. It is quite annoying!
