Here’s an article I read about Apple’s journal app. Of course I’ve made may thoughts about this app known on previous posts. Put all our Christmas lights around the house yesterday. My neck and back are telling me I used muscles I didn’t know I had in the process.

Routine’s are good. But just because you fall out of a routine or miss part of it, doesn’t mean you have to completely throw it out the window.
