Let’s Talk about Journaling (Specifically my workflow)

Seems like I have spent quite a bit of time and posts where I mention journaling. From bullet journaling to keeping a gratitude journal I seem to keep bringing up the idea of journaling. I needed a new audiobook to listen to after I finished The Hunt for the Red October. I had a friend tell me the audio book on Apple Books is really good. This is the book series that Silo is based off. So I am giving it a listen and so far its good.
