Let’s Talk about Journaling (Specifically my workflow)

Seems like I have spent quite a bit of time and posts where I mention journaling. From bullet journaling to keeping a gratitude journal I seem to keep bringing up the idea of journaling. Obviously journaling is not a new concept and has been around for thousands and thousands of years. If you’re not familiar with the term, Wikipedia describes it this way: Pay it forward is an expression for describing the beneficiary of a good deed repaying the kindness to others instead of to the original benefactor. I needed a new audiobook to listen to after I finished The Hunt for the Red October. I had a friend tell me the audio book on Apple Books is really good. This is the book series that Silo is based off. So I am giving it a listen and so far its good.
