I got to see The Selkie Girls for a Christmas concert a couple of years ago and I loved it. Their Christmas album, Winter Lore - Songs of Celtic Christmas, is one of my favorites!

Stop Obsessing Over the Number on the Scale

Before I go any further, this is a post about living healthy. Don’t let the title of fool you! As documented before, I’ve been working out consistently for several years now. I get up at 3:30am and I’m at the gym by 4 for a workout. Sometimes I’m able to get in a second cardio workut in the afternoon. This is my life and I love it. It wasn’t until I made changes to my diet, though, that I started seeing the scale drop in numbers.

A Christmas Movie Marathon

In October, a friend of mine watched one horror movie a day for Halloween. I thought this was a great idea. I’m not a big horror movie fan so this particular endeavor wasn’t my cup of tea. But I did like the premise. A couple of weeks ago I decided I was going to do something similar. Instead of horror movies, though, I decided to do Christmas movies/shows. I decided that between Thanksgiving and Christmas, I am going to watch a different Christmas movie/show every day.
